Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for therapy services. Below are a list of questions that you can ask your insurance provider:

  1. Does my plan cover mental health benefits? If so, what is covered?
  2. Will my primary care provider (PCP) need to provide a referral for mental health services?
  3. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  4. Do I have a co-pay amount? If so, what is it?
  5. Does my plan have co-insurance? If so, what are the details?
  6. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

 No Show/Cancellation Policy
Clients that do not show up for scheduled therapy appointments or did not give at least 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the session. This fee is not covered by insurance and is an out-of-pocket expense.
